Privacy and your information

We want you to understand how information is used when you take part in activities and training through the UKMC Student Hub.

Information you provide

You can explore general information and student activities without entering personal details. Some training activities ask for your name, student number or College email address so that your progress and certificate can be personalised.

Saving your progress

Training progress is saved in the browser on the device you use. It does not automatically transfer to another device. If you clear your browser data, your saved progress may be lost. If you use a shared computer, please take care when entering personal details.

Certificates

Certificates produced by the Hub record completion of its learning activities. You can download your certificate after completing the required training and assessment.

Keeping information safe

Please do not enter confidential personal information, medical details or details of individual complaints into quizzes or training activities. Use the appropriate College support or reporting channels for sensitive matters.
